A grant application submitted by the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester on behalf of its partner, Rural and Migrant Ministry (RMM), was selected for funding by the United Thank Offering Board. The application titled “Bridges of Faith and Action: Connecting Faith, Youth, and Immigrant Communities in Rural New York” will provide access to transportation and immigrant youth leadership through Rural & Migrant Ministry’s Liturgia Worker Education Center and the Diocese of Rochester. The grant of $53,541 will be used to bridge rural divides, connecting immigrant families and Episcopal congregations in sustained justice work throughout the Diocese.Â
