Education for Ministry

Education for Ministry (EfM) is a four-year program designed to help people discern and act upon the ministries they are called by God to do. Participants engage in reading, discussion, prayer and theological reflection during each session. For more information, please contact The Rev. Coordinator

The Rev. Annie Jones serves as the interim EfM Coordinator for the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester. The coordinator promotes EfM in the diocese—recruiting new students, training new mentors, and forming new groups. She is also a resource for existing groups and mentors in the diocese. Please contact Annie if you are interested in enrolling as an EfM student, training to become a mentor, or forming a new group.
