Annual Mission Grant Types (All grants are funded on an annual basis)
Parish Mission Grants are awarded for a one-time mission project or ongoing mission. The goal is to fund a mission that enhances the vitality of the congregation while addressing the vision and mission of the Diocese. Creativity and innovation in ministry are encouraged. To be considered for Parish Mission grant funding in the Diocesan budget, you must complete and submit the Parish Mission Grant Application online. If your mission funding request financially supports another non-profit organization (separate 501(c)3 designation) distinct from the Episcopal Diocese and the parishes, a Partnership Mission Grant Application is available below for those organizations to directly apply for funding.
Partnership Mission Grants are awarded to Non-profit organizations [separate 501(c)3 designation] that are distinct from the Episcopal Diocese and the parishes. Partnership Mission Grants are for projects/missions operating within the geographical boundaries of the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester.
