Customaries & Visitation Schedule

A customary provides a process, a pathway, for you and the Bishop to make an Episcopal visitation or celebration an opportunity to honor your congregation’s mission and ministry. It is designed to inform you of his preferences for the visitation and all of its elements, so you know what to prepare, how to prepare, and what to expect. But it has more than just a practical side to it. It also allows the whole congregation to more fully participate in the day, the worship, and other planned events.
