REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
 

Purchase of

350 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14611
 

The Episcopal Diocese of Rochester is requesting proposals to purchase the former St. Stephen’s Church property located at 350 Chili Avenue in the City of Rochester. Qualified bidders must present a plan outlining their intended non-commercial use of the property. Plans must specify either how the property will be used for religious purposes or how it will be redeveloped to serve the community.
